"Time to Grow" is a 'New' Internal Cisco company-wide learning benefit that provides employees with a dedicated four-hour block each month to focus on learning and skill-building. This protected time supports ongoing professional development with access to curated, relevant content aligned to Cisco's strategic priorities and individual roles. The task was to roll out the Monthly Program to "the Company Wide Audience"
